Interim Helpdesk Support -1st Line
A charity in London are recruiting a Helpdesk Support Analyst for a short-term contract to provide 1st Line Support across the organisations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting broken phones – arranging for swaps or repairs
- Helping to fix common software problems on Window laptops
- Managing and logging tickets – troubleshooting and fixing where possible or escalating when required
- Providing remote and face to face support to desktop and laptop users across the organisation
The successful post-holder will ideally have worked in a charity or further non-profit environment and will have a friendly and approachable persona, with a willingness to help.
