Service Desk Analyst
A large, impactful UK charity is looking for a customer-facing and versatile Service Desk Support Analyst to add to their growing team in London.
Responsibilities• Maintain internal IT infrastructure (PCs, phones, networks)
• Diagnose faults with IT equipment for all end-users.
• Create and Manage application user accounts
• Monitor reported alerts and escalate when appropriate
Essential- Experience with Office 365 support and account creation/management
- Experience with Microsoft Windows server support
- Experience with Network engineering support (cisco, WAN, LAN, VLAN)
Desirable- ITIL Service Management qualifications/experience is desirable.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki is highly desirable.
