But we want to be better. This is why we are now seeking an inspiring Head of Human Resources to join us on our journey.
As our new Head of HR, you will play a key role in driving our organisational effectiveness and shaping Colne as an environment of high performance, passion and fun! Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you’ll have full responsibility for the operational leadership and control of our approach to people and culture.
We are seeking a great leader of people, customer-focused, a strategic thinker and an influencer who can bring people along with them. Someone who is committed to using strong governance, health and safety legislation and risk knowledge to assess opportunities and lead us through sound decision making as we move forward.
