Senior HR Manager
We are looking for a talented new Senior HR Manager to join our ambitious charity. You will be the lead for the organisation in developing an excellent HR service to meet the charity’s needs, and supporting every staff member to fulfill their objectives to make a direct difference for people affected by bowel cancer.
You will have a key role in the organisation, which involves developing and implementing a People and Culture strategy for the charity, including talent management, employee engagement, reward and recognition, learning and development, performance management and all supporting policies and procedures.
This is a unique and important opportunity for someone with a significant level of generalist HR experience at the level of Senior HR Manager, or HR Business Partner within a fast-paced and flexible organisation, ideally within the voluntary or not for profit sector.
