A CCG based in Central London are looking to recruit an interim Associate Director of Governance to work with the Director of Corporate Services. The purpose of this role will be to lead and manage the Governance function including committee services, Information Governance, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Emergency Planning, facilities management and Corporate Administration.

The role is due to start in the next couple of weeks and will be for a period of 6 months.

The CCG are looking for someone with the following credentials:

  • Masters degree level qualification or equivalent work gained knowledge in Governance.
  • Qualification in Corporate Governance or Company Secretary.
  • Extensive experience in Corporate Governance ideally within a Commissioning environment. 
  • Excellent engagement skills and hard work ethic.

The role will be offered inside of IR35.
