AD of HR

We are working with a London based council to find a strong manager to lead the delivery of a Resourcing and Recruitment Team as well as the transactional HR Ops Team.

Your teams provide a customer- focussed service from the point of recruitment and onboarding and right through the employee life-cycle maximising productivity and performance through service standards and key performance indicators. 
 
You will need you to come in and 

• Ensure day to day HR operations are compliant, effective and efficient to meet the key needs of the business
• Lead and manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to exit
• Review current HR systems and processes identifying areas for change

This is a temporary role for 3-6 months paying around £650 per day
 
You will need to be onsite in London 2-3 days a week and the rest is remote
