Our Commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

Our Mission

As part of our mission to provide high-quality, responsible recruitment solutions to the public and not-for-profit sectors, we’re firmly committed to Corporate Social Responsibility.

Over the years our staff have supported charities and organisations which improve lives, strengthen communities and create opportunities for people to flourish. We do this through fundraising activities, volunteering and by holding Trustee and Non-Executive positions within charities.

We also encourage our staff to participate in supporting one of partner charities by offering them 2 fully paid Volunteer Days.

The Connection – St Martins in the Field

Following a survey of our staff we overwhelmingly chose The Connection as our latest charity partner.

We are conscious of the impact of rough sleeping and homelessness on our office doorstep and have pledged to help The Connection support vulnerable people in their time of need. As well as fundraising we will be offering our employees the opportunity to use their allocated annual volunteer days on site at The Connection as well as offering our recruitment and HR experience on an operational level.

The Connection provide people who are rough sleeping a combination of support and access to practical services including showers and laundry facilities, hot meals, and access to telephones and computers.

Morgan Law is committed to helping aspiring trustees make a difference by increasing diversity in the leadership within the sector.

We have teamed up with Getting on Board, a charity that supports people  to understand, identify and volunteer as a charity trustee, particularly those who are under represented on trustee boards.

The aspiring trustees we support include young people, women, people of colour, disabled people, LGBTQ+ people, working class people, and people with lived experience of disenfranchisement.

Throughout the last 20+ years we have supported a wide variety of causes in fundraising activities, offering professional advice, market presentations, volunteer work and trusteeships.
