Interim ER Manager

Are you a confident and experienced Employee Relations professional ready to take on a challenging, rewarding interim role at the heart of public service?
  
We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations (ER) Manager to lead the ER  within a London based Public Sector orgainsation. This is an interim opportunity, offering a hybrid working model and the chance to make a tangible impact on our workforce and community.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team and handling complex, high-volume casework – including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and conduct issues – with a strong focus on outcomes that balance legal compliance, organisational risk, and employee wellbeing.

You will lead, coach, and develop a team of ER & Resolution Advisors and manage a caseload of complex and high-risk ER issues, including cases progressing to Employment Tribunal. 

It is essential you are experienced in service improvement and case management tracking and triage and must be able to start with 2 weeks.

Public sector experience is welcomed but not essential – we value transferable expertise.
