Beth joined Morgan Law in October 2026 as a Recruitment Consultant. Having graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in Economics with Mathematics, she brings experience in public-sector recruitment, Talent Acquisition and recruitment administration, alongside a strong interest in people and building meaningful professional relationships.

As a Recruitment Consultant, Beth supports the recruitment process through candidate sourcing, relationship management and identifying suitable opportunities for candidates and clients. She enjoys connecting with people, understanding their career aspirations and helping organisations find the right talent for their teams.

Beth takes a personable and proactive approach to her work and is keen to continue developing her knowledge of the recruitment industry while delivering a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys solo travelling and reading, particularly books on history and different cultures.
