Chief Executive, leading a highly experienced team of recruitment specialists supporting healthcare, public sector and nonprofit organizations. He serves on the Board and strategically shapes long-term strategy, ensures regulatory and framework compliance, and oversees the day-to-day leadership of the firm.

With deep experience operating in highly regulated environments, Gareth plays a key role in ensuring Morgan Law delivers recruitment services that are compliant, transparent and aligned with the governance standards expected by healthcare systems and nonprofit organizations.

Since joining Morgan Law in 2004, Gareth has built and scaled several of the firm’s specialist practice areas, including healthcare management, procurement & estates and HR leadership. Today, Morgan Law’s leadership team brings exceptional continuity and sector knowledge — with Directors averaging 18 years with the firm, Associate Directors 10+ years, and Business Managers 7+ years of recruitment experience — providing clients with consistency, judgment and trusted partnership over the long term.
