Jo started her career in recruitment in 2001 after graduating from Brunel University. She started her career with a Global name in the recruitment world and during her 14 years there she spent the majority of her time recruiting procurement professionals into the public and not-for-profit sectors as well as leading and developing National Teams of public sector procurement recruiters. After leaving Hays she launched her own successful procurement recruitment business, continuing doing what she was passionate about which was recruiting procurement professional into public and NFP clients. Jo joined Morgan Law in 2021 and her role is key in continuing the development of the Procurement division and ensuring Morgan Laws focus on delivering strong client and candidate relationships is continued.

Having focussed on recruiting Procurement professionals into the Public Sector and NFP sectors for the majority of her career Jo has a fantastic understanding of the market place and the continuing changing landscape that the sector brings.  She also has written and contributed to a number of white papers through the years which have all focussed on the challenge the sector faces in attracting and retaining top procurement talent, and this is a topic that she is passionate about and always happy to offer her opinion on.  Jo is an adaptable recruiter and has managed multi vacancy campaigns as well as one off placements and interim requirements throughout her career, and now, more than every she understands the need to be creative in her approach. She prides herself on being focused on building long term relationships and ensuring that she fully understands both client and candidate needs.
