Matt graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2006 with a degree in History. From there Matt worked for a leading estate agency, where he quickly established himself as one of the top performers. After this Matt decided to go into financial services as trader, trading on the FTSE 250 working for boutique trading house.

Matt started his recruitment career in 2007 working for a leading global recruitment company, where he was recruiting into the temporary NHS market. In 2011 Matt joined another leading recruitment agency where he was initially working with private sector clients, before he established the NHS finance desk, it was from here he was headhunted and joined Morgan Law in 2015 as a Business Manager, where in this time Matt has climbed the career ladder and is now a Director. Matt’s specialist markets are working with Local Government and NHS clients. Matt helped re-establish Morgan Law as market leader within the local government space and as a result has built up a very strong network with many local authority clients and candidates across the country.
