Samantha joined in 2006 and has since built deep expertise in HR and people leadership across the public, healthcare and nonprofit sectors.

Joining through the Morgan Law graduate program, Samantha’s early career included experience recruiting into the private sector, and since then, the majority of her work has since focused on mission-driven organizations, where leadership, culture and workforce strategy are critical.

In recent years, Samantha has specialized in senior-level HR and People leadership recruitment, particularly within large, complex healthcare systems and public sector organizations. She works closely with executive teams to support appointments at Director, Assistant Director and Chief People Officer level, often in environments undergoing transformation or workforce change across the UK, Florida and Texas.

Over more than 20 years, Samantha has developed long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, many of whom she has supported across multiple career moves. She is known for her ability to understand both organizational context and individual career goals, and takes particular pride in seeing people thrive and progress over time.

Through her work, Samantha has built a strong and continually expanding network of senior HR professionals, giving her deep insight into workforce trends, talent availability and leadership capability across the healthcare and nonprofit landscape.
