Toby joined Morgan Law back in January 2023 as a Consultant within the Finance recruitment team looking to begin his recruitment journey. Before his career change, he was patient facing, working within the health care world as a Physiotherapist. Having worked in public facing roles throughout his life, he is now utilising these skills on behalf of the Not for Profit and wider Public Sector to support them in recruitment.

Toby is extremely customer focused ensuring to give a professional and personable experience when working with and for clients. He is diligent and hardworking and is able to form a fantastic rapport with the people he works with. Even early in his recruitment career, Toby has shown a strong aptitude at building positive and lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
