HR Business Partner (Projects)
My client, a fantastic sports-focused not-for-profit organisation is now seeking an experienced and HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
As HR Business Partner, reporting to the Head of HR and working in a small but highly collegiate HR team, you will provide HR Business Partnering support to an assigned area within the organisation, whilst also taking responsibility as the Operational Lead on HR projects and change programmes for the project management and delivery of HR work streams to support the implementation and ongoing development of the People Strategy.
This newly created role will blend both knowledge of HR process, partnering and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline and requires a credible HR professional who can demonstrate up to date knowledge of theory and best practice in HR and People Management combined with a background in project management with a strong understanding of the project management discipline and best practice.
Ideally MCIPD qualified or equivalent experience, you will possess a background as an HR Generalist together with a track record in developing and delivering successful HR projects and supporting organisational change programmes as a change agent. You will also require excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills and a genuine team orientated approach and interest in contributing to a tight-knit team and hard-working team.
Please note this role is open to hybrid remote working arrangements requiring weekly attendance at the office in central London.
